With an Amazon Account, one also has access to Amazon Photos (Free). This can be via the app downloaded to the phone or via a web browser at 

amazon.com/photos.

If you populate this app / service with photos such as your loved ones family members, the Echo Show can be configured to play those photos as a slide show on command "Alexa, Show Photo Frame"   or   inserting that command in a routine and "Schedule Routines to Show Photo Frame" at appropriate times. 

The steps below will show how to configure the loved ones Echo Show to play the photos from the loved ones Amazon photos app.
